Service Technician - (Kalamazoo, MI)

The Skyrise Apartments, located in downtown Kalamazoo, is looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Service Technician. This is a full time position to perform building maintenance for the Skyrise Luxury Apartments and the Skyrise Elderly Apartments. Duties include but not limited to: Maintenance and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. Carry a pager as on-call rotation requires and be available for after hour?s emergencies. Assist in working with and overseeing vendor work performed on the property.
