Robotic-Automation Service Technician Hamer-Fischbein, a GROWING division of Duravant, designs and manufactures bagging equipment and packaging solutions under the Hamer and Fischbein brands is looking for a Robotic-Automation Service Technician . These trusted brands combine over 200 yrs of industrial bag closing and automated packaging background to improve packaging line efficiency and profitability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and assist customers in the installation, start-up and training of Hamer's Robotic Palletizing lines. Provide technical service support to customers when their machines are not performing as required. Provide the Engineering Department with accurate updates on all changes made to machines in the field. Be an integral part of the team for final checkout of machines assuring they are ready for shipment. This includes performing quality checks at all assembly levels and documenting final quality checks.
