Customer Service Rep - (Tucson, AZ)

Job description Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve customer-billing inquiries using Siebel and Salesforce. Process exceptions and customer service requests for Migration project in an appropriate manner. Contact and follow up with customers to resolve billing issues. Identify recurring problems and provide input for a possible resolution to prevent future re-occurrence Critical skills: Issue solving/Decision Making Works on moderately to highly complex problems where independent action and thoughtful judgment are required. Strong computer application skills. Expertise to acquire knowledge of Siebel, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, and Paymentech usage. Expertise to work well under stress. Expertise to multitask. Strong written and spoken communication abilities. Expertise to learn new software with little or no assistance.
