CNC Maintenance Technician - (North Canton, OH)

A growing company in Cuyahoga Falls is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician. The CNC Maintenance Technician?s foremost role is troubleshooting CNC equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed. Responsibilities: * Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers - Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems - Effective written and spoken communication expertise - Knowledge of and background with electrical test equipment, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems Other Qualifications: * Expertise to lift 50 pounds., stand, walk, bend/stoop on a regular basis - Expertise to comprehend given instructions - Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions Qualifications: * Expertise to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides - Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls
