Banquet Sous Chef - (Edina, MN)
Edina Country Club is currently seeking an experienced Banquet Sous Chef. The Banquet Sous Chef is responsible for all food production required for banquet functions, private parties, special events and staff family meal. They will also assist the Executive Chef in supervising food production for all outlets. This position is also responsible for producing quality food in an effective and efficient manner that consistently meets Edina Country Club?s standards of excellence. Qualifications include: ? Culinary degree or equivalent work background ? Min of 3 years of apprenticeship and technical training in food preparation ? Min of 5 years of working background in a large volume food establishment including banquets, buffets, fine dining, etc. ? Applicant must possess solid time management, organization and prioritization skills and maintain a demonstrated commitment to customer service. ? Effective verbal and listening communications skills ? Effective writing skills
