JOB ASSIGNMENTS ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Performs firefighting activities including driving fire apparatus, operating pumps and related equipment, laying hose, and performing fire combat, containment and extinguishment tasks. Works under the general supervision of the Wildland Coordinator, Fire Engine Boss, and/or the Wildland Shift Coordinator. Serves as a wildland firefighter on a wildland fire engine.
