General Counsel - Reinsurance Claims & Coverage Job - (Concord, NH)

Seeking General Counsel to lead all phases of litigation from initial legal strategies to dispute resolution for for high and low exposure cases pertaining to asbestos, construction defect, professional liability, etc. Must have at least 5 yrs background practicing insurance law with direct participation in litigation activities related to reinsurance claims and coverage and admission to a state bar with zero ethical violations. Responsibilities: *** Supporting reinsurance team in the negotiation of settlement agreements, releases and final dispute resolution terms. *** Providing legal ability during depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and conferences throughout assigned cases. *** Reviewing and revising litigation plans, pleadings, discovery, motions and briefings. *** Overseeing dispute issues, collections, commutations, etc. High level position where you'll directly impact on the success of a major company in the insurance world.
