Reinsurance Coverage Attorney Job - (Nashua, NH)

Specialized insurance company seeks ability in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution for claims with complex reinsurance coverage terms, legal issues, court precedents and other diverse legal matters. Must have Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an licensed school with admission to state bar and no ethical violations. *** Manage legal analysis and litigation decisions for complex insurance and reinsurance coverages while leading collaborations with outside counsel throughout litigations, arbitrations and other resolution proceedings. *** Appear at court conferences, mediations, depositions, arbitrations, witness interviews, trials, etc. *** Provide legal advice to multiple departments within the company on diverse legal issues including coverage advice, review of proposed settlement agreements and review of contracts. *** Analyze and approving motions, pleadings, appeals, litigation plans, budgets, etc.
