Night Shift Nurse - (Gallatin, TN)

SIGN ON BONUS: $1,500 The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their ever-growing team. Job overview: Provides nursing care in accordance with standards established by nursing service and administrative policies. Directs, provides assistance, observes and monitors nursing assistants on his/her unit. Administers medications after appropriate orientation and instruction; maintains accurate medication records and observes residents for signs and symptoms of adverse drug reactions; maintains a clean, safe and organized unit. Answer call lights as required; other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned within the scope of his/her education. REQUIREMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited institution of Nursing.
