The Community Assistant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of the property. Duties include but are not limited to: touring prospective residents through the community, leasing the property, completing all leasing paperwork needed prior to move in, following up with prospective residents, various administrative tasks, dealing with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction, general upkeep and cleaning of office as well as model units, etc.
