Financial Services Company requiring internal solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive seeks Lead Process Improvement Specialist to support process improvement and to ensure processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Responsibilities: *** Lead improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance and minimized risk of poor quality. *** Develop new solutions under guidance, in a team setting, or based upon precedents in the organizations. *** Specify needs, communicate about project approach, and present outcomes of research. Qualifications: *** Background in Insurance Industry or Financial Services Company. *** Bachelor's degree. *** 4+ years of background in Process Improvement. *** Certified Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt.
