Business Development Officer - (South Bend, IN)

Job overview Identifies, acquires and grows new relationships with business customers who have annual gross sales of generally $5MM to $20MM. Creates sales opportunities and partners with Business Relationship Managers to cross sell appropriate business products and services and onboard customers. Increases Wells Fargo relevance to prospective customers and positions Wells Fargo Business Banking and product partners for new business opportunities through consistent marketing efforts and delivery of value added ideas. Partners with market leadership to develop the sales strategy and to lead marketing efforts in a defined territory. Assists with sales processes including prospect prioritization, initial contact and pursuit strategy, identification of fit, proposal development, and overall management of new customer acquisition, including onboarding. Partners with business relationship managers and other partners to ensure a smooth customer transition.
