Executive Chef 2 - (Manchester, NJ)

Unit Description Sodexo Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for the Pines at Whiting, a 300 resident continuing care retirement community located in Whiting, New Jersey. This Executive Chef will oversee the food operations for all levels of care, will report to the General Manager and manage a staff of approx 75 feet and PT hourly employees including cooks, utility, diet aides and waitstaff. Shifts will vary with typical shift being 10:00am - 7:00pm, with every other weekend coverage and some holidays. Is this opportunity right for you?
