Business Valuation/Litigation Support Analyst Intern Tracking Code 171-937 Position overview Work with an engagement team to provide quality business valuation and litigation support services to clients and perform economic damage calculations and financial analysis under supervision of experienced staff. Construct detailed excel spreadsheets by taking data and putting it into a usable and easy to understand format. Conduct general research and create memos regarding company involved transactions or other assigned matters. Review agreements for detailed understanding of factors involved; update exhibits from prior valuations to be used in a current project by looking up the recent stock prices, treasury rates, market percentages, etc. Call and email clients directly for explanations to resolve a question or to request additional documents necessary for our valuation.
