Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Must be organized and able to work with PC. - Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. - Recruit drivers as needed and improve driver recruitment and retention.
