Fleet Operations Manager - (North Robinson, OH)

Building Systems Transport is Hiring for the Fleet Operations Manager Position! Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Must be prepared to assume shift operations with little or some advance notice. - Direct and perform activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles. - Proven expertise to manage relationships (internal and external) at all levels of the business (both directly and virtually). - Must be organized and able to work with PC. - Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment. - Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. - Must live close to London, OH - Medical, dental & vision insurance Requirements/Requirements: - Direct activities of staff and vendors performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. - Oversee fleet of 100 + trucks
