CONTRACTS & PURCHASING AGENT I - TIME LIMITED (Not to exceed 24 mnths) Job #7063 $21.41 - $29.43 / Hour BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides and coordinates support activities in the Contracts/Purchasing area under the direction of the Manager, Contracts/Purchasing. Interfaces with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal customers. Prepares contract documents, reports, and related correspondence for material, labor, and services procurement. MIN REQUIREMENTS: 5 (5) years office clerical background, including 2 (2) years background in customer service.Valid Washington State Drivers License PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Background in contracts and/or purchasingElectric Utility background BENEFITS: Complete benefit package and retirement package.
