Subcontracts Administrator 2 or 3 with Security Clearance - (Sierra Vista, AZ)

Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator two or 3 to join its team of qualified, diverse professionals. The successful applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman Technology Services (NGTS) sector's Global Supply Chain organization. This position will be based in Sierra Vista, AZ. The individual in this position will be responsible for executing compliant major procurement activities and providing leadership and contractual support and procurement documentation to suppliers in support of proposals and programs. Specific assignments include: * Interfacing and corresponding with suppliers, develop sourcing/evaluation strategies * Supplier identification * Source selection * Coordinating export control/security requirements * Preparing/issuing RFPs with appropriate customer flow downs and terms & conditions * Conducting bidders' conferences * Proposal evaluation * Conducting negotiations to meet contract/program targets/schedule
