Engineer Operations Program 4 with Security Clearance - (Apopka, FL)

Northrop Grumman, Apopka, FL is looking for an experienced Project /Operations applicant. Oversees and manages all operational aspects. Serves as manufacturing team liaison to/from program management, engineering, manufacturing operations, global supply chain, mission assurance and customers. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and issue solving with program managers, line managers, and clients. Business-facing manufacturing representative responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance execution of the Manufacturing scope of the contract . Manufacturing lead for proposal phase of the Manufacturing operations content including coordinating the inputs with the program office, EPM, SCM and the functional manufacturing and test organizations.
