General description of purpose : Overall management responsibility for the operation of the camp including profitability, guest service, product quality, and overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Coaching and leading to create and maintain guest-driven operations with a vision that inspires the team to do their best. Oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the financial objective. Employee's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to: Operating Budget - assure achievement of annual budget in revenues, costs, and profits through accounting diligence and expenditure controls. Employ efficient accounting practices. Departmental Objectives - set written priorities and key objectives for each department. Ensure successful implementation and take corrective action when needed. Regularly inspect all areas of camp and assure that all SOPs are followed.
