Recruiter- Stores' Organization - (Cincinnati, OH)

Overview: The Recruiting Specialist, Stores Organization is responsible to deliver high caliber applicants to our Stores organization. This Recruiting Specialist will work to deliver a slate of high caliber and diverse talent while building talent pipelines for future needs. This role supports all aspects of the professional recruiting function including recruitment networking events, industry/competitor research, and more. This position works in partnership with employment brand marketing to ensure strategic decisions will target applicants in the most appealing, efficient and cost effective manner.
