Paralegal - Health Care Law Group The applicant will draft discovery requests and discovery responses. Will communicate with clients concerning discovery responses and document production. Draft pleadings including subpoenas and notices for depositions. Review and redaction of documents produced in discovery. Schedule depositions and gather materials to assist in deposition preparation. Review of documents received in discovery. Compiling materials to assist attorneys for depositions. Assist attorneys during preparation for mediation and trial, including development of exhibits. Assist attorneys during trial. Proficient in Microsoft office. Willing to reprioritize as deadlines change. Knowledge of Sanctions are needed. Knowledge of Eclipse iPro are needed. Knowledge of health law are needed. Knowledge of HIPAA and other Medical Regulation are needed. Well-developed communication expertise are needed.
