Specialist - SkyBonus Marketing And Communications - (Atlanta, GA)

This position is responsible for the planning, development and execution of all B2B communications and marketing strategies (internal and external) for the SkyBonus program, Delta's industry-leading corporate loyalty program for small to mid-size business (SME) customers. The position will report to the Manager - SkyBonus program and be based in Atlanta. Assignments include: Strategy development, planning and execution of SkyBonus customer communications (emails, website, service center outbound calls, etc.) to support program growth initiatives Development, testing and analysis of trigger emails to deliver most relevant and impactful email journeys to drive customer engagement Leading direction of advertising and account acquisition strategy
