Quality Coordinator - Night Shift Job - (Sparks, NV)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and support the daily activities of the Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure that Quality Assurance standards are consistent with established policies. Responsible for oversite of daily quality activities. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company specifications. Review of HACCP & Preventive Controls documents. Directly responsible for execution of Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP), including the coordination of all sampling, tracking of results, implementation of corrective actions, and the on-going maintenance of the program. Support and maintain all HACCP, SQF, and Food Safety Prerequisite programs; including GMP, Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), Hold/Non-conformance, Allergen, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Glass/Brittle Plastic, Drains, & Hygienic Zoning. Support plant sanitation programs, including chemicals, cleaning, Sanitation Effectiveness (SE) and EMP. Establish and manage plant color code, including training, & identifying tools.
