Building Systems Transport is Hiring for the Fleet Operations Manager Position! Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. - Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. - Medical, dental & vision insurance Requirements/Requirements: - Previous experience background in the motor carrier industry preferred, including knowledge of operations, clerical procedures, and DOT regulations. - Must possess effective communication and leadership skills with the expertise to foster open, honest two-way communication both internally and externally. - Recruit drivers as needed and improve driver recruitment and retention.
