Building Systems Transport is Hiring for the Fleet Operations Manager Position! Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. - Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. - Direct activities of staff and vendors performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. - Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. - Oversee fleet of 100 + trucks - Competitive compensation - Call us! - Recruit drivers as needed and improve driver recruitment and retention.
