NetControl Java Developer - Military veterans preferred - (Omaha, NE)

DescriptionThis position is part of the NetControl development program whose objective is the replacement of TCS (Transportation Control System) and all connected client-server systems currently used by Union Pacific Railroad and its affiliates to manage core business functions. This opportunity will immerse you in a highly visible NetControl project recognized for delivering mission critical solutions to Union Pacific RR management and operations. This person will work with business analysts, application developers, architects and business partners. This role will contribute to all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, including development, testing, implementation and ongoing production support. \nIdeal applicants will be self motivated, organized, have excellent problem-solving skills and have background working on complex systems with multiple integration points. They must be able to handle multiple overlapping projects and have strong follow-up skills.
