Business Immigration Attorney with 2-3 years of experience - (Charlotte, NC)

Charlotte office of our client seeks business immigration attorney with 2-three years of background. The applicant will manage client accounts and supervise legal cases, including preparing immigration petitions and applications and overseeing cases assigned to paralegals. Will manage a high volume of cases, including initial review, evaluation and assignment of cases to teammates. Prepare case work as needed. Ensure cases are as complete as possible, identifying uncertain or missing issues, ensuring cases are properly assembled for filing and all procedural qualifications for filing cases are met. Draft and prepare complex cases. Develop in-depth knowledge of immigration law, policies and procedures. Adhere to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Should have passage of the Bar exam while NC Bar admittance is preferred. Strong knowledge and understanding of immigration statutes, regulations, policies and memoranda is needed. Multilingual is a plus.
