Perform a wide variety of complex optical fiber and electronic assembly related to manufacturing and assembly and product repair. Handle, prepare and splice optical fiber and optical fiber components/devices in clean room environments. Handle, solder and wire electrical (PCB) and opto-electrical devices in ESD controlled environments. Electro/mechanical/optical assembly. Handling and processing optical fiber and epoxies to make delicate optical components. Splicing optical fiber. 1-2+ years of electrical soldering and/or optical fiber splicing. 1-2 + year of electrical soldering and/or optical fiber splicing. 1 +years of industrial manufacturing background required. 1+ years of industrial manufacturing background required.
