Building Systems Transport is Hiring for the Fleet Operations Manager Position! Essential Duties of the Fleet Operations Manager: - Recruit drivers as needed and improve driver recruitment and retention. Benefits Include: - Previous experience background in the motor carrier industry preferred, including knowledge of operations, clerical procedures, and DOT regulations. - Proven expertise to manage relationships (internal and external) at all levels of the business (both directly and virtually). - Oversee fleet of 100 + trucks - Direct and perform activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles. - Negotiate and authorize contracts with equipment and materials suppliers, and monitor contract fulfillment. - Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. - Must be organized and able to work with PC. - Competitive pay - Call for info! - Must live close to London, OH
