Construction Manager (up to $52K/year) - (Winder, GA)

The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution of projects from inception to completion. Duties • Responsible for managing labor crews and subcontractors • Manages budgeting and scheduling • Monitor construction activities and materials selections on construction practices • Communicate the progress schedule and revisions to executive staff and owner • Ensure all Phases of project are executed and transitioned effectively • Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications • Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment. • Additional duties may be required through the progress of the project Required Education, Training, & Background • Degree in construction management or certificate program preferred • Proven work background in a leadership role as a Construction Manager • Good knowledge of construction practices and problem-solving • Proficient Microsoft office (Microsoft word, Ms excel, PowerPoint, and Project) and Adobe Acrobat Skills Required
