Requisition Number 18-0266 Title Maintenance Associate - Part time City Fergus Falls State MN Description Maintenance Associates are responsible for the interior and exterior maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the store. Maintenance Associates are a dedicated resource within the store and are responsible for executing facility related programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and ensuring the store’s cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met. Mills Fleet Farm store hours are 7am - 9pm Monday through Saturday and 8am - 6pm on Sundays (except Fargo, ND is open 12pm - 6pm on Sundays). Part time Teammates work a flexible schedule depending on availability and business needs including nights, weekends and holidays. Maintenance Associates are responsible for: Providing excellent customer service by responding with a sense of urgency to our customers’ needs while completing other tasks. Monitoring and performing general maintenance. on all store equipment.
