Position details The Instructor Supervisor is responsible for supervising educational staff providing educational services to inmates/residents in a correctional facility. Assists in maintaining student enrollment in the Education Department. Provides for adequate staffing, and teaches as necessary. Requirements Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Masters degree in education, counseling or a related position is required. 5 Yrs of professional expertise in a full time academic or vocational position is required. 1 Year of education administration or supervisory work background desired. A teaching licensure is preferred. Must possess or be eligible for certification, license or other credentials if required by contract and/or state of employment. Continued employment in this position will be contingent upon obtaining and/or maintaining required agency credentials. Background in Ms office or other similar software applications is required. A valid driver's license is required.
