Cook - Part Time - (Lewiston, ME)

DESCRIPTION 24 hour cook position at our twelve bed ICF nursing home. Shifts vary but would mostly be four hour evening shifts and every other weekend working eight hour shifts. DUTIES Prepare meals for individuals that reside at Old Lisbon Road. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and be knowledgeable of various diets and consistency textures. Follow state and federal regulations pertaining to food preparation, handling, and storage.
