Custodian/Sanitation, FT Due to new Customer Partnerships we are growing and expanding our business and as a result, we are looking for new talent to join our team! Maines Paper & Food Service is seeking a Custodian to participate in the operations necessary to maintain building areas in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with standard operating procedures. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of office areas, restrooms and reception area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect and remove all trash from waste baskets replacing liners as needed. Dust, damp mop, dry buff and restore appropriate floor surfaces as instructed. Dust all office furniture, chairs, desks, tables, file cabinets, images, window sills, wall ledges, and remove finger marks from painted wall partitions within hand high reach. Clean glass entrance doors and reception window. Vacuum all carpeted areas.
