YOUTH ADVOCATE (Overnight shift) - (Seaford, DE)

The position is responsible for guiding the residents through the daily routine. Includes monitoring the shift period for behavior and/or sleep patterns; documentation and record keeping; preparing meals; and supervising clients in recreational therapy. Must have valid driver's license. which meets the qualifications of the agency's insurance carrier. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related position with 1 yr of related work background is desired; however, an equivalent combination of education and background will be considered.
