Position overview The Landscape Crew Leader directs crew members in daily operations, including quality control, training, punctuality and safety. A seasonal position, March – November, with the possibility of intermittent work December – February. Critical skills and Background At least 3yrs of landscape and hardscape background. Verbal and written correspondence abilities to be an effective team player, to provide excellent customer service, and to maintain job documentation. Good knowledge of standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment utilized in landscaping work. Current knowledge of horticultural practices, annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. Expertise to assign and supervise the work of others, provide instruction and leadership. Expertise to drive a skid steer and dump truck.
