Job details/Summary Timely and accurate production of 3 dimensional CAD models, detail drawings, layout drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing bills of material that are of average complexity. Support the generation of proposals. Position Requirements (Required and Preferred) Required: An Associate Degree in Technical Discipline or Drafting A min of 3 yrs of professional experience desired: Strong UG 3D modeling skills. Creativeness in solving problems. Strong communication expertise including the ability to translate technical info into basic understanding Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diversity of people at an individual and team level. Position assignments and Duties Create component detail drawings for axial compressors, expanders, and gas turbines that include components such as bearings, seals, stationary and rotating components, as applicable to the specific product line. Design utilizing correct and economical method of manufacturing machined and fabricated parts.
