STUDENT EMPLOYMENT - Student Computer Consultant - (Syracuse, NY)

Student customer support positions are available beginning Spring 2018 troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software problems for faculty and staff of the College of Arts & Sciences, working with tech support from vendors such as Dell and Apple, building new systems (Mac and Windows), installing software, hardware upgrades and peripherals, troubleshooting printing and networking issues and other duties as assigned. An undergrad with Federal work-study grant preferred who can work 10-20 hours per week during the academic year and possibly up to 40 hours per week in the summer if available. Great communication expertise, willingness to learn and desktop support experience desired. SDL2017
