Service Technician - Annuity Service Department (Phone Team) - (West Des Moines, IA)
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position consists of 1 primary function: providing superior customer service to contract holders and agents through handling inbound and outbound telephone calls from external and/or internal clients. In addition, some processing and data entry may be required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Update the client database so that new info gained through telephone contacts and/or related correspondence is captured and the most current info is readily available to company personnel. These tasks could include but are not limited to: o Address Changes o Beneficiary Changes o Transfer of Values o Other as Directed Handle 50-100 inbound and outbound telephone calls per day, take initiative, answer questions and find details for internal and external customers. Service Department processing as needed such as quotes, letters, follow-up details and inputting notes. Maintain a min of 96% on phone evaluation scores within 6 mnths of start date and maintain that min.
