Position overview ABOUT THE ROLE Summary We are looking for a well-qualified teacher/administrator to join us as our Head of School. This role requires someone who shares our passion for education tailored to each child and has the requisite educational ability to contribute to our mission. Our school is caring, professional, and positive, and we seek the same traits in our staff. In this role, you will effectively review and analyze the instructional and educational needs/backgrounds of pupils, and design, develop, communicate, and implement sound instructional and educational programs to meet their individual educational needs. 20-32 hours per week, Monday – Friday one hour paid prep time for every four hours of instruction Responsibilities Create a motivating and stimulating learning environment. Perform research and development activities pertaining to curriculum and instructional programs to enhance student’s educational opportunities and experiences.
