Worksite Trainer - (Pasadena, TX)
Position exists to develop Health Worksite Division’s training strategy, oversee its implementation, assess its outcomes, conduct new hire in-class training, and organize and monitor the field training process and results. This position will also have responsibilities over a portion of the division’s budget as it relates to the New Hire and Field Training Process. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with Regional Sales and Broker Managers Develop individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations Deploy a wide variety of training methods
