The Extension Agent - Community Wellness Planner will be part of a team that is responsible for the implementation of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) in Mississippi.Community Wellness Planners will implement the community-based policy, systems and environmental efforts necessary to make healthy lifestyle choices more attainable and desirable.
