Position summary We are seeking firefighters/paramedics to join our team We are seeking candidates that are Alabama State certified as a Firefighter and also certified and Licensed as a Paramedic. Job Requirements: High-school diploma or GED Valid Alabama Driver's License Current Alabama Firefighter certification I/II Current Alabama Paramedic license NIMS 100,200,700, and 800 Experience investigation and drug test required Current Alabama EVOC or equivalent Company Description The Center Point Fire District serves the City of Center Point, City of Clay, City of Pinson, and unincorporated areas of northeast Jefferson County. In 2015, Center Point Fire Department responded to over 8,500 emergency calls. The Center Point Fire District provides fire suppression and emergency medical services with 91 employees operating from four fire stations.
