Franchise Business Consultant - (Tulsa, OK)

IndeedMCDField LI-RM Provides leadership, coaching, strong operations and strategic direction to assigned project categories, U.S. Operations and the Menu Innovation team to deliver superior operating platforms to the field. Collaborates with other departments to identify operational challenges associated with menu improvements and helps to design equipment that accommodates future business needs while leveraging existing operational platforms. Creates innovative options for new and core menu item improvements. Challenges existing operational platforms as needed to improve processes and meet strategic menu needs. Consistently demonstrates McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with U.S. Operations, Menu Innovation, Suppliers and Owner Operators.
