Client Services Manager Multifamily Housing The multifamily housing market represents 1 of our largest market segments with over 500 locations, where our virtual fitness videos are offered in fitness center amenity spaces for residents. As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving renewals, service upgrades, retention and engagement for this mature market category. Your job will consist of renewal and upgrade sales, customer service, retention and engagement, with a goal of increasing MRR (monthly recurring revenue).
