URGENT: Handyman Wanted - Need Patio Deck Rebuilt - (Longview, WA)

I need my deck rebuilt at 1817 Nichols Blvd. I am the owner and the tenant has requested it be rebuilt because it is eaten by termites and weak. You can drive by and see from the rear of the yard. Deck must be built with pressure treated wood or maybe composite materials. Does not need to be as large as the existing one, which already has solid footers.
