Regional Maintenance Supervisor - (Jacksonville, FL)

Tzadik is looking for an experienced, dynamic, roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on, Regional Maintenance Supervisor who will manage, coordinate, operate and facilitate operations for our apartment communities in the Daytona community regions. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and grounds-keeping operations to include: inventory control, vendor selection, training, safety & risk management, capital projects and renovations, contract administration, emergency preparedness, and systems operations and preventative maintenance programs necessary to gain efficiencies and reduce costs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Hire and supervise a staff of approx 7-10 Maintenance Technicians. 2) Provide individual guidance and motivation to staff to enable performance of his or her fullest potential. 3) Conduct service review meetings with employees and vendors concerning performance and process improvements.
