Carpenter – Concrete Forming We are currently seeking a talented carpenter to build complex forms for precast concrete structures. Requirements: Min of three years professional carpentry background is required. The expertise to supervise and train carpentry staff as required. Must have the expertise to read and interpret drawings in order to produce the best product. Successful applicants must be comfortable taking on complex projects in a high-demand, high energy environment. Background developing forms for precast concrete desired. Heavy Civil construction / carpentry background a plus. Position duties: Prepare the layout of the project. Build forms for precast concrete structures. Use required protective safety equipment and work safe at all times. Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions. Utilize hand tools and electric tools Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives. Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications.
