Service Technician Job - (Mt Vernon, IL)

Position summary: We are currently seeking a qualified Controls Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team. The Manufacturing Engineering Team is responsible for developing manufacturing methods, processes, and systems that allow us to manufacture high-quality custom products for many diverse industries. Every project is custom, so there will be new challenges every day. You will be responsible for creating and improving these manufacturing processes with a focus on laying out pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and circuits as well as writing automated testing programs with LabView, Daisylab and PLC Ladder Logic. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: These will include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Work with the product and process development teams in the development of an efficient manufacturing and assembly process. Create all detailed documentation for new product introductions (NPI). Process engineering change notices (ECN's) related to production processes.
